The Meridian cordless lamp has a tapering metal body in polished brass finish and a weighted base. A rechargeable bulb sits beneath a cream shantung silk shade with a rolled edge and gold foil lining. The shade slides into place over the bulb, with an integrated on/off control. The lamp stands 15 inches high.
Design Tip: Place it toward the centre of a dining table or console where a cord would be difficult to conceal, leaving sightlines clear around the shade.
