DELIVERY OPTIONS:

1. Unlimited White Glove / Curbside Delivery - $175*
   • Truck delivery for single or multiple items within the Greater Toronto Area.
   • Includes assembly, setup in your chosen room, and packaging removal.
   • Does not involve furniture removal, hanging wall art or mirrors, etc.
2. Truck Pickups - $175
   • For merchandise being picked up by our team from a specified address within the GTA. 

3. Free Warehouse pickups
   • For any items you pick up from our location. Proper loading & securing of load is solely the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING RETURN POLICY:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

TIPS FOR ORDERING & DELIVERY:

• Measure entryways before ordering; no refunds for items that don't fit.
• Delivery Measuring Service available for $90 in GTA.
• Prepare for delivery by securing rugs, removing delicate items, and clearing pathways.
• Elevator booking required for building deliveries.
• Ensure clear pathways during winter for safe delivery.

INSPECTING MERCHANDISE:

• Our team thoroughly inspects your shipment before delivery.
• Customers must inspect and sign for merchandise upon delivery.
• In rare event of damage, Note any damages/defects on the Bill of Lading during delivery.
• Immediate notification of issues required for claim resolution.

SHIPPING TIMELINE:

• Scheduling of delivery for in-stock items will occur within 2 business days.
• Pickup of ready-to-ship items may take place within 1 business day.

*GREATER TORONTO AREA: Includes Toronto, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Mississauga, Scarborough, Markham, Unionville, Vaughan, Pickering, Ajax, Oakville, Milton, Brampton, and Kleinberg.

OUTSIDE OF THE GREATER TORONTO AREA: Varied package sizes and distances make it necessary for our staff to provide you with custom calculated shipping or pickup fees
