Returns and Exchanges

At Kennedy Galleries, customer satisfaction is very important to us, so please be familiar with our return and exchange guidelines.

Return Policy Guidelines

Items Eligible for Return:

• Regular-priced items which are regularly available in our store.
• All item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
• Returned products must be in their original, unused condition, including both the item and its packaging. Please note that certain items, such as mattresses, duvets, pillows, and fabric upholstery are non-returnable.
• A valid original receipt must be provided for the return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

• Sale and clearance merchandise with discounts exceeding 20%.
• Made-to-order, Special Order, Non-Stocking, and Items modified in our Workshop cannot be canceled or returned once the order is placed.
• Items damaged by a 3rd party courier, in which case the customer must contact the courier for resolution. In this case Kennedy Galleries would try to repair any damage to our high standards. 

Furniture Restocking Fee:

• In-stock furniture is eligible for exchange within 7 days. If you choose a refund, a 15% restocking fee will apply upon inspection. In some cases some items approved for return may be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Return Process Details:

• Returns will be refunded through the original payment method.
• Cash returns will be refunded by cheque. Cheque returns will be processed and mailed within 14 days.
• Kennedy Galleries is not responsible for any labor or additional expenses not specifically outlined in these guidelines.
• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable after delivery, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Store Purchase Returns Process:

• Return items directly to our store
• For delivery truck returns, contact your sales consultant to make arrangements.

Online Order Returns Process:

• Return online orders to our store at 86 Queen Elizabeth Blvd.
• Before returning, email info@kennedygalleries.com to obtain a return authorization.
